Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Quantity surveying and construction cost estimation skills
• Knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and AI tools
• Analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
