About the role

Kasulu Sugar Company (Mufindi Paper – Kasulu Sugar Project) is looking to hire a Field Service Technician to inspect, service, maintain, repair and troubleshoot earth-moving equipment at the Kasulu Sugar Project in Kigoma, Tanzania. Key requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in field service, equipment maintenance or heavy machinery repair
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with earth-moving equipment
• Experience with excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, backhoe loaders, dump trucks and other heavy equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and engine-related faults
• Field service and equipment maintenance skills
• Heavy machinery repair expertise
• Practical knowledge of earth-moving equipment
• Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine fault diagnosis
• Troubleshooting and emergency response skills
