What this is We're building a de-identified, real-world health dataset from Apple Health exports. Each contribution joins your on-device HealthKit data (activity, heart, sleep, and more) with clinical records (immunizations, labs, medications, vitals) from your linked health provider. Who qualifies We are exclusively looking for individuals who have visited at least one of the institutions listed below and have that institution's health records actively connected to Apple HealthKit. If your provider is not on this list, you do not qualify.
