About the role
Abdulrahman Al Sumait University (SUMAIT) in Zanzibar seeks two Assistant Lecturers or Lecturers in Data Science / Artificial Intelligence for its Department of Mathematics and Computer Sciences. The successful candidates will teach data science and AI courses, supervise students, and contribute to research and community service. What you will do: Teach undergraduate courses in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning Prepare lecture materials, practical sessions, and course outlines Set, administer, and mark tests, assignments, projects, and examinations Supervise and mentor students, including data science and AI projects Conduct research and publish scholarly work in Data Science or AI, and take part in departmental and community service Location: Zanzibar.
