Key requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Geology or a related field
• Advanced geological expertise in underground gold mining and mineralization
• Geological modeling and mineral resource estimation
• Sampling, assay, and QA/QC knowledge
• Geological data management
• People leadership and mine safety leadership
• Organizational, planning, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
