About the role

Mercor connects experts with leading AI labs to train and test frontier AI models. It is hiring experienced Infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineers for a full time engagement running enterprise grade production systems. Pay: USD 200 per hour. Full time commitment required, remote. What you will do: Build and run highly available infrastructure on Kubernetes and AWS. Set up observability with Datadog or similar. Handle incidents, root cause analysis and lasting fixes. Automate manual operations work.

Key requirements

• Strong hands on Kubernetes and AWS experience
• Experience with Datadog or similar observability tools
• Track record running and debugging production systems at scale
• Able to commit full time
