About the role

micro1 is engaging Investment Banking Associates to share how AI tools fit into research, modelling and deal work. Your input helps train next generation AI systems. No prior AI training experience is needed. Pay: USD 150 to 220 per hour. Contractor, fully remote. What you will do: Share how AI tools are used in financial modelling, research and deal analysis. Produce example workflows, analyses or reports using AI platforms for banking and research. Evaluate the accuracy of AI driven research and modelling outputs. Compare traditional methods with AI enhanced approaches. Communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally.

Key requirements

• Substantial background in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, asset management or similar
• Hands on experience as an Associate, VP or Analyst in research, modelling and transactions
• Direct experience with AI platforms for finance, for example Rogo, Hebbia, Model ML or Claude for Financial Services
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Able to explain how AI tools are adopted in a team or workflow
