Owning your page lets you post on the client job board (free to post, applicants pay points) and send intros to people in the talent pool as Upwork client (Android app). Reviews and salaries stay exactly as they are: claiming never edits or removes them.

• One owner per page. The person the team approves becomes the owner. If someone already owns it, tell us through the feedback form.
• Checked by a person. Every request waits for the Mshahara team. A verified work email on the employer's own domain (add it under verification) is the fastest way to be approved.
• Ownership can be released by the team if the page changes hands.
