France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship Program 2027
Campus France (French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs)
What it is
A French government scholarship for international students on master's or PhD programmes in France. It pays a monthly allowance of 1,200 euros for master's students and 2,000 euros for PhD students. It also pays for travel to and from France and health insurance, and helps with housing. Tuition is waived for national degrees at public institutions. Other programme costs are not covered.
Who can apply
Open to foreign students, up to age 29 for a master's and up to age 35 for a PhD. You do not apply to Campus France yourself. Your French host university nominates you, and it sets its own earlier internal deadline. The page does not list any excluded countries.
Apply on the provider's siteApplying is free. Never pay anyone to apply, to process an application or to promise a place: the provider's own site is the only application.
Check the full rules and the exact deadline on the provider's page before you apply. Mshahara is not part of the selection.
