About the role

JUMO is hiring a Customer Operations Specialist based in Dar es Salaam to manage customer touchpoints and operational partner relationships for its lending products. The specialist trains JUMO and partner call centre agents, handles escalations within agreed service levels, tracks technical incidents with internal teams and reports on customer and operations trends. The role includes weekly visits to call centres and partners and occasional weekend shifts.

Key requirements

• Tertiary qualification in operations or business administration; 2 to 5 years in a customer focused role; strong relationship management, research and reporting track record; exposure to a call centre environment; excellent written and spoken English; project management and time management skills; strong analytical skills; ability to travel weekly to call centres and partners in Dar es Salaam
