About the Role Computer Centre Tanzania is seeking a Techno-Sales Specialist to promote and sell technical software solutions, understand client requirements, provide product demonstrations, develop customized proposals, and build lasting business relationships. Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical features and benefits of assigned software solutions Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements Identify and contact potential clients to understand their technical requirements Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients Conduct product demonstrations and presentations Collaborate with the Software Business Unit Manager and Sales and Marketing teams to develop sales strategies Prepare and deliver sales pitches tailored to clients’ technical needs Work with the technical team to develop customized client proposals Obtain certifications for assigned solutions Provide technical assistance and guidance throughout the sales process Respond to client enquiries about product specifications and integration possibilities Conduct market research on potential clients and competing products Analyse market trends and customer feedback Track and report sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates and revenue growth Improve sales strategies based on performance data Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field Technical product knowledge Technology products and services familiarity Technical sales or account management capability Ability to translate technical features into business benefits Excellent communication and presentation skills Negotiation and relationship-building skills Sales target achievement and results orientation Client relationship management skills Will this resume get you a callback?
