Applications without a video won't be considered. Hi, I'm Garvan. I run Creator Co, a talent & brand deal management company for finance creators, plus a couple of related businesses. I'm looking for one solid ops person to join the team long term. This isn't a one off task list. I want someone I can train up, trust with more over time & grow with as the business scales. You don't need a long Upwork history. If you're new to the platform but organised & keen to learn, I'd like to hear from you. What you'll do day to day: - Inbox & calendar support: sorting email, flagging what matters, booking & moving meetings - Keeping our CRM & trackers up to date (Google Sheets, monday, Todoist) - Brand deal admin: contracts, deliverable dates, chasing approvals & payments - Invoicing support: preparing invoices, tracking what's paid & what's outstanding - Following up with vendors, partners & clients so nothing falls through the cracks - Research when we need it (brands, vendors, tools, people) - Writing up SOPs as you learn how things work, so the next person has it easier Who I'm looking for: - Fluent written & spoken English - Very organised. You notice when something is off & fix it without being asked - Comfortable with Google Workspace. Todoist & monday experience is a bonus - Some ops, admin or project experience, in a job or on your own projects. Agency, creator or marketing background is a plus - Reliable & quick to respond - Wants to stay & grow with one team, not juggle ten clients The setup: - $350 a month to start, paid monthly - Long term. Contract to hire for the right person - Clear path to more responsibility & pay as you take ownership of things I'd especially love to hear from people in South Africa, Brazil, Turkey or Ethiopia, but good people anywhere are welcome to apply.
