Requirements Business development, lending, customer relationship management, and branch operations experience. Knowledge of banking operations, credit, risk, and compliance. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
