About the Role Grows MSME, SME, and emerging corporate portfolios through customer acquisition, financing solutions, credit assessment, portfolio management, and business development. Responsibilities Grow MSME, SME, and Emerging Corporate portfolios, deposits, lending, and revenue. Acquire new business customers and strengthen existing relationships. Assess financing needs and recommend banking products and credit solutions. Conduct credit assessments and manage loan portfolio quality. Monitor repayments, credit risks, and recovery of overdue facilities. Develop strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets. Ensure compliance with banking policies, credit procedures, and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports on portfolio performance and business opportunities. Requirements Knowledge of credit analysis, financial assessment, and portfolio management. Customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and target achievement ability.
