About the Role United Bank for Africa Tanzania is seeking a Facilities Management Officer to oversee the maintenance, functionality, cleanliness, logistics, assets, and vendor services for its Head Office and ATM premises. Responsibilities Handle issues concerning elevators, generators, transformers, and related installations Make purchase or repair requests for equipment Ensure the renewal of lease agreements, vendor contracts, and service provider contracts Liaise directly with vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements are met and institutional standards are maintained Ensure the Bank’s office and ATM premises are clean and air conditioning units are fully functional Maintain overall cleanliness and proper facility standards Initiate the purchase of stationery and other bank assets Manage the store and ensure it remains well-stocked Manage generator fuel cards Ensure equipment logbooks are accurately maintained Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of 3 years of relevant facilities management experience Facilities management and logistics management skills Knowledge of banking operations, policies, procedures and organizational structures Technical knowledge of mechanical, power and electrical installations Problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to multitask and manage complexities Numerical ability Professional disposition and business awareness Creativity, innovation and results orientation Find the gaps before the employer does We check your resume against every requirement in this posting, then show you what to fix.
