A Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the LST and admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania are an advantage. Key responsibilities: - Maintain a register of all TCRA licenses, permits, registrations and renewal dates for each entity. - Maintain a register of all TCRA licenses, permits, registrations and renewal dates for each entity. - Prepare and file regulatory returns, statistics, licence fees and renewals on time. - Prepare and file regulatory returns, statistics, licence fees and renewals on time. - Work with Technical teams to obtain wayleave, road reserve and construction permits from TANROADS, TARURA, municipal and district councils and other authorities ahead of each... - Track permit conditions and undertakings given to authorities and communities, including road reinstatement and relocation obligations, and confirm close-out. Key requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university. A Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the LST and admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania are an advantage.
- 4 years’ experience in regulatory compliance and stakeholder or government relations, preferably in telecommunications, ICT or infrastructure.
- Experience in telecommunications, ICT, fibre infrastructure, tower operations or other intensive technology industries.
