About the Role Evercare Home Nursing is seeking qualified and dedicated nurses to provide exceptional care to patients in a home setting in Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes Assess patient health conditions and monitor vital signs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records Educate patients and families on care plans and health management Report changes in patient condition to the Head Nurse Requirements Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution 1 to 3+ years of nursing experience Strong nursing and patient-care skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Dedication to making a difference in patients' lives One check before you apply We compare your resume to this job description and show you what is missing.
