About the Role Onfon Microfinance is seeking four committed and results-oriented Debt Collectors in Dar es Salaam to follow up on overdue accounts and recover outstanding payments. Responsibilities Contact customers with overdue payments via phone calls and field visits Follow up and negotiate payment arrangements Recover outstanding debts in line with company policies Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions Prepare daily and weekly collection reports Work closely with the finance and credit teams Requirements Diploma or degree-level education in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Debt collection or customer service experience Communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Honesty, discipline, and a results-driven approach Fluency in Kiswahili Do not waste this application You get one chance with this employer.
