We are looking to establish relationships with companies that sell or generate life insurance leads in the United States. I already have a spreadsheet containing the company names and some contact information. I will also provide the exact outreach message to send. This is a straightforward research and outreach assignment. No sales calls, lead generation campaigns, or extensive research are required. Responsibilities For each company on the spreadsheet: Visit the company's website. Look for a publicly available contact email address. If an email is available, send our prewritten outreach message individually. If no email is available, locate the company's contact form and submit the same message. Update the spreadsheet with: Contact email address, if found Website/contact form URL used Outreach method (Email or Contact Form) Date contacted Status (Contacted, Unable to Contact, etc.) If neither an email nor a contact form is available, mark the company as "Unable to Contact" and move on. Important Instructions The objective is to contact all 87 companies, not simply collect email addresses. The company list and message will be provided. Send messages individually, not as a mass BCC email. Do not invent email addresses or contact information. Do not contact the same company more than once. Spend no more than 2, 3 minutes looking for contact information before moving on. If a company cannot be contacted, clearly document why. No follow-up messages are required for this project. Requirements Good written English Basic internet research skills Experience with Google Sheets Ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable communication Attention to detail Experience with virtual assistance, data entry, or email outreach is preferred but not required. Compensation $25 fixed price for the completed project. This is a simple, one-time assignment with the possibility of additional work in the future.
