Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage Agency Banking agents. Grow the agent network, customers, transactions, deposits, and revenue. Monitor agent performance and provide business support. Promote Agency Banking products and ensure compliance. Requirements Experience in agent or customer acquisition and business growth. Strong knowledge of Agency Banking and digital financial services. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
