Business Development Executive
About the role
About the Role Habari Node Limited is seeking four results-driven Business Development Executives to grow its customer base, generate sales, achieve revenue targets, and manage enterprise and residential business development activities across assigned territories in Tanzania. Responsibilities Sell Habari Enterprise Internet packages and associated value-added services within the assigned territory Generate daily leads in the CRM system and achieve customer growth targets Maintain profitable and productive customer relationships while following the prescribed sales process Provide timely reports on sales activities, prospect lists, competitor information, network issues, theft, and other requested matters Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing plans and strategies Execute market activations, roadshows, and territory branding activities Identify new business opportunities in corporate and residential market segments Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and improve lead conversion ratios Support customer retention and revenue collection within assigned markets Maintain full work attendance and comply with company absence-management policies and procedures Requirements Strong sales and business development skills High energy, determination, and focus on exceeding sales targets Accurate sales forecasting and sales pipeline management Enterprise customer sales and quotation preparation CRM proficiency Sales reporting and competitor intelligence gathering Ability to collaborate with marketing teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow company procedures and sales processes Do not waste this application You get one chance with this employer.
