About the Role Operate soil compactors to compact soil and gravel for road construction and farm areas in Morogoro. Responsibilities Operate soil compactors to compact soil and gravel layers for road construction. Prepare and compact farm areas and work platforms to the required specifications. Carry out daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on the compactor, reporting faults promptly. Follow site safety procedures and coordinate with other equipment operators on site. Requirements Valid machinery operator licence for soil compactors/rollers. Proven experience (3+ years) operating soil compactors in road construction or earthworks. Good knowledge of soil and gravel compaction techniques. Understanding of worksite safety rules and basic machine maintenance.
