About the Role Leads bancassurance strategy, insurance partnerships, distribution, revenue growth, compliance, and team performance for Co-op Bank Tanzania. Responsibilities Develop and implement bancassurance strategies to grow insurance business and revenue. Manage relationships with insurance companies and strategic partners. Drive distribution and cross-selling of insurance products through branches and digital channels. Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative insurance solutions. Monitor sales performance, profitability, and bancassurance targets. Lead, coach, and develop bancassurance teams. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, banking policies, and regulatory requirements. Monitor customer experience and resolve escalated issues. Prepare reports on business performance, market trends, and growth opportunities. Requirements Strong knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements. Business development, partnership management, and revenue growth skills. Customer acquisition and target achievement ability. Leadership, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
