SummaryI'm looking for an experienced, dependable virtual assistant to help with a few recurring tasks across my businesses. **This is a small, long-term part-time role, approximately 5, 10 hours per week.** I'm not looking for someone to manage my businesses, just someone who is organized, communicates well, and can take a few things off my plate. My businesses include freight brokerage, a boat dealership, and vending operations. **What I primarily need help with:** **Freight Brokerage (Main Priority)** - Monitor active trucks and shipments through our TMS tracking system. - Follow up with carrier dispatchers when tracking isn't working or updates are needed. - Help enter new loads and schedule delivery appointments. **GoHighLevel & Marine Business** - Assist with basic GoHighLevel workflows, CRM organization, and automations for a project I'm developing. - Occasionally help update boat inventory on our dealership website. - Assist with other simple administrative tasks as needed. **Vending Business** - Help streamline routine tasks, such as weekly supplier orders. - Assist with basic ordering, organization, or administrative work when needed. **What I'm looking for:** - Some actual experience with U.S. freight brokerage, trucking, or logistics operations. - Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), preferably including workflows and automations. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail. - Someone comfortable working independently and learning our specific processes. You do not need experience in the boat or vending industries. I just need someone who is comfortable using different online systems and helping keep things organized. **Hours:** Approximately 5, 10 hours per week, with the possibility of occasional additional hours. **Pay:** $12, $18 per hour, depending on experience. **Schedule:** Flexible, but must be available for brief check-ins during U.S. Eastern Time business hours, especially for freight tracking.
