About the role

FHI 360 Tanzania needs a senior advisor to lead workforce development for the national health supply chain, working with the Ministry of Health, PO RALG, MSD and other partners. The advisor will shape capacity building strategies, oversee e learning content and digital training tools, and monitor how well training activities in the workplan are delivered. Travel of about 10 to 25 percent is expected.

Key requirements

• Master's degree in pharmacy, a related health field or health supply chain management; 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in health supply chain workforce development such as competency based training, e learning and workforce planning; registration with the relevant Tanzanian professional regulatory body where applicable; experience with NGOs, government ministries, donors or implementing partners; track record managing workplans, budgets, targets and donor reporting
