About the Role Evercare Home Nursing is seeking a qualified HR Officer to support its expanding home-care nursing team in Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam. Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and orientation of new staff Maintain accurate employee records and HR files Support payroll preparation, leave management and staff attendance Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies Handle employee relations and support staff welfare matters Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field 2 to 5 years of human resources experience Good knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and HR practices Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a home-care nursing environment Find the gaps before the employer does We check your resume against every requirement in this posting, then show you what to fix.
