I create a large amount of content, including videos, reels, photos, and written posts. I need someone who can take that content, organize it, and schedule it across my social media platforms. This is not a content creation position. The primary responsibility is making sure my existing content gets posted consistently. Responsibilities * Upload and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. * Schedule multiple posts per day based on an established posting calendar. * Retrieve videos, photos, and captions from shared Google Drive folders. * Copy and paste provided captions, hashtags, and descriptions. * Make basic adjustments to fit each platform. * Keep content organized and track what has been scheduled and published. * Maintain at least 7, 14 days of scheduled content whenever possible. * Check that scheduled posts publish successfully. * Provide a simple weekly update on what has been posted and what’s scheduled next. Requirements * Basic experience using social media platforms. * Comfortable working with Google Drive and Google Sheets. * Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools is helpful. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. * Reliable internet connection. * Good written English communication. What Success Looks Like * Social media content is going out consistently every day. * There are always 7, 14 days of content scheduled in advance. * I don’t have to personally upload and schedule every post. * Content is properly labeled, organized, and posted on time. * I receive one weekly report showing completed and upcoming posts.
