SummaryHi! I’m an artist working on a project. For November, I want a friendly, reliable person to check in with me every workday so I stay on track and actually enjoy the work. Hiring ASAP! How it works: It's simple. Monday to Friday, we’ll do two WhatsApp video calls, at the same times every day: • 15 minutes before I start working • 15 minutes after I finish, 2-3 hours later Before the Creative Session at 5:00 AM EDT my time / 5:00 PM Manila Time: (15 minutes) 1. Personal Check-in (5 min): Give me space to share what's on my mind and how I'm feeling. 2. Previous Review (3 min): Briefly review the experiment from the previous session. What did I try? What did I learn? 3. The 10% Question (4 min): Ask me: "How can you make this next creative session 10% more enjoyable?" 4. Creative Intention (3 min): What am I working on, and when do I intend to stop? After the Creative Session (15 minutes) at 8:15 AM EDT / 8:15 PM Manila Time: 1. Post-Session Check-in (3 min): How am I feeling after creating? 2. Reflection (5 min): What went well? What felt difficult or surprising? 3. Experiment Review (4 min): Did the 10% adjustment help? What did I learn? 4. Next Adjustment (3 min): Identify one small experiment for the next session. Also, you will maintain a simple Google Sheet recording: • Date • Enjoyment experiment • What worked • What didn't work • Lessons and observations • Next adjustment Light documentation only. No complex reporting or analysis. You’d be great at this if you’re: • Comfortable being on video on whatsapp and google sheets. • On time and dependable • Easy to talk to and a good listener • Good at conversational English Details & Pay: • Approximately 20 appointments throughout November (10 hours total). • Five days per week, Monday, Friday. • Pay: $3.00/hour What I’m looking for: • Super reliable and strictly punctual for 5:00 PM & 8:15 PM Manila time calls. • Great spoken English and a stable internet connection for WhatsApp. • Warm, patient, and good at just listening without trying to give unsolicited advice or fix things.
