About the Role Mogo Credit Tanzania is seeking a detail-oriented Debt Collection Admin , Phones to manage failed loan restructurings, conduct phone-unlock follow-ups, confirm payment arrangements, and maintain accurate client and case records. Responsibilities Retrieve daily lists of failed restructuring requests from the system. Contact clients to confirm their details and explain revised repayment terms. Collect missing information or payments required to complete restructurings. Resubmit and complete restructuring requests in the system. Verify that completed restructurings are correctly reflected in client accounts. Escalate system errors, missing approvals, client disputes, and other unresolved cases. Call clients whose phones have been unlocked following payment. Confirm that unlocked phones are functioning properly. Remind clients of payment due dates and amounts payable. Encourage timely repayments to help clients avoid having their phones locked again. Record call outcomes accurately in the relevant system. Flag phones that have not unlocked as expected for technical follow-up. Requirements Attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills. Ability to verify client information and account records carefully. Ability to follow cases from initiation through completion and escalate blocked cases appropriately. Clear, polite, and professional customer communication skills. Ability to explain repayment arrangements clearly to clients. Ability to work with ERP or loan management systems, Webitel or similar call centre tools, and Microsoft Excel.
