About the Role Mogo Credit Tanzania is seeking a Field Collections Officer to manage field recovery operations for financed devices, recover company assets in compliance with legal and internal guidelines, and maintain positive customer relationships across field locations. Responsibilities Recover financed devices in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines Protect company assets through accurate documentation and secure transportation of recovered devices Ensure proper documentation during recovery and handover processes Represent the Mogo brand professionally and ethically during customer interactions Meet and exceed assigned monthly collection and recovery targets Maintain accurate case records and update internal company systems Identify and promptly report fraudulent activities or suspicious cases Collaborate with Debt Collection, Logistics, Customer Care, and Operations teams Ensure field collection activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with data protection policies Requirements Negotiation and persuasion skills Interpersonal communication skills Field collections and recovery capabilities Professional integrity and ethical conduct Ability to work independently Accurate documentation and reporting skills Knowledge of customer data protection and regulatory compliance Will this resume get you a callback?
