About the Role Raising The Village is looking for a Head of Program Implementation / Country Representative to provide strategic and operational leadership in the design and implementation of RTV programs in Tanzania. Reporting to the Regional Programs Director, the role oversees day-to-day program management, represents RTV to stakeholders in Tanzania and involves up to 70% travel. Responsibilities Provide integrated strategic and technical leadership in designing, planning, budgeting, implementing and monitoring RTV programs Lead, develop and implement RTV's growth and scaling strategy, including program innovations and strategic initiatives Identify and evaluate risks associated with program activities and ensure compliance with organizational policies and legislation Develop and implement learning frameworks, curricula and tools for staff and government partners, including a model for government partnerships in Tanzania Ensure compliance with funder and donor expectations through timely reporting Establish regular engagement with government structures at district, regional and national levels Provide leadership and coaching to Regional Managers and District Heads and lead integrated resource and operational planning Requirements Around 12 years of relevant experience, including proven leadership, analytical and strategic management skills Strong experience delivering large-scale programs in last-mile communities Demonstrated success in program design, planning and implementation with technical knowledge in agriculture, water, health and community development Demonstrated knowledge of risk and financial management and capacity-building skills In-depth understanding of logical frameworks, theory of change and program evaluation at outcome and impact levels Excellent written and oral English; proficiency in Swahili is an asset Will this resume get you a callback?
