The ideal candidate will have a strong social media presence, utilizing platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to attract and engage candidates. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for talent acquisition and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, supporting high-profile clients in the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities: Source and develop relationships with life science consultants through networking, cold/warm calling, and referrals. Utilize internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, user groups, and other sources to identify and recruit consultants within your technical expertise. Develop technical expertise in one or more of Vita Global Sciences' recruiting sectors (Validation, SAS Programming, Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management).
