About the role

NBC is looking for field sales staff to win new salary account customers for its Privilege employee banking segment. The job is mostly field work, visiting companies, factories and schools to open salary accounts, generate personal loan leads and sign private employers onto salary schemes. Openings are listed for head office in Dar es Salaam and branches including Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Mbeya, Moshi, Tanga, Morogoro, Zanzibar, Mtwara and Geita.

Key requirements

• Diploma or degree in business, banking, marketing or a related field; one to two years of field sales experience, ideally in banking, microfinance or telecoms; good knowledge of KYC and AML rules; fluent Kiswahili and English
