About the Role Partners with business leaders to implement HR strategies, performance management, recruitment, employee development, and workforce initiatives. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Coordinate KPI setting, performance reviews, and evaluations. Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programmes. Manage workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports. Support employee engagement, retention, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Expertise in performance management, training and development, and recruitment. Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices. Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
