About the Role Yas Tanzania (AXIAN Group) is looking to hire a Head of Business Intelligence & Digital Analytics in Dar es Salaam to lead its BI and analytics function and drive data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Define and lead the business intelligence and digital analytics strategy and roadmap. Lead, develop and manage the BI and analytics team. Oversee the delivery of dashboards, reports and insights to support commercial and executive decisions. Ensure data quality, governance and the effective use of BI and analytics platforms. Partner with business units to identify opportunities and measure the performance of digital channels and initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage. At least 6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics or related fields, including team leadership. Strong expertise in BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), SQL and data warehousing. Experience with digital analytics tools and telecom or fintech data is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
