Impact Team Lead (East Africa)

About the role

CleanHub is hiring a Tanzania based lead to manage its relationships with waste management partners in Tanzania and Egypt, with some support for Indonesia. The role coordinates plastic collection and social compliance work so partners meet CleanHub standards, and sets up track and trace processes. You will also organise site visits for brand customers and feed partner updates back to the wider team, travelling locally to project sites with expenses covered.

Key requirements

• Must live in Tanzania; three to four years in project coordination, sustainability, community or field work; fluent English and Swahili; university degree or equivalent experience, ideally in sustainable development, public policy or environmental science; real interest in waste management; works independently with strong attention to detail; comfortable in a remote multicultural team; reliable internet connection; CV plus short English cover letter
