About the Role Beach & Safari Holidays is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, infrastructure, safety, and technical systems across multiple safari lodges in Northern Tanzania. Responsibilities Oversee property maintenance, infrastructure, and technical systems across multiple safari lodges. Manage preventive maintenance programmes, inspections, and repair activities. Lead, supervise, and support local maintenance teams to ensure effective service delivery. Ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of solar systems, generators, plumbing systems, pumps, and boreholes. Maintain high standards of workplace safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency. Travel between properties to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve technical challenges. Identify maintenance needs and support improvements to the reliability and performance of lodge infrastructure. Requirements Engineering or related technical education at degree or diploma level. Technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance. Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving skills. Maintenance management experience in remote locations.
