The Role: We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to work across both client and Forward Push marketing priorities, taking approved strategy, content, and direction and turning it into accurate, polished work that is executed correctly. That includes creating brand and web assets from approved direction. This is a hands-on, proactive role. Our AI agents and automations handle more of the repetitive work every month, so this role is not about copying and pasting or scheduling posts. You will run and quality-check our AI-assisted marketing workflows, keep us ahead of what is changing in marketing and AI, test new tools and models, and tell us what we should be doing differently. In your first few months you will also handle hands-on execution, such as publishing, onboarding, and QA. As we automate those tasks, your role grows toward strategy and ideas.
