About the Role Leads Business Relationship Officers and drives branch customer acquisition, deposits, lending, revenue, and service performance. Responsibilities Lead and supervise Business Relationship Officers to achieve branch business targets. Drive customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, lending growth, and revenue generation. Enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and retention. Develop branch business development strategies. Monitor team performance, coach staff, and support development. Build relationships with existing and prospective customers. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports. Address customer complaints and service issues. Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements Ability to achieve sales targets and grow customer portfolios. Leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills. Knowledge of banking products, credit processes, and regulatory requirements. Customer service and relationship management skills.
