About the Role Operate Massey Ferguson tractors for cultivation, land preparation, and transporting farm loads at a commercial agricultural project in Morogoro. Responsibilities Operate Massey Ferguson tractors safely and efficiently on the commercial farm Perform ripping, discing, and harrowing operations Carry out land preparation for planting according to the farm schedule Transport loads and farm inputs within the farm using tractor-drawn trailers Conduct daily pre-start checks and report any mechanical faults promptly Requirements Certificate in agricultural machinery operation or a related field Valid tractor driving licence At least 3 years of experience operating Massey Ferguson tractors Experience in land preparation on commercial farms Good knowledge of agricultural implements and basic tractor maintenance Do not waste this application You get one chance with this employer.
