About the role
About the Role Operate excavators to dig pits and trenches, prepare land, and load soil onto trucks for an agricultural project in Morogoro. Responsibilities Operate excavators to dig pits and trenches as directed by the site supervisor. Prepare and clear land for agricultural development. Load soil and other excavated materials onto trucks. Carry out daily pre-start checks on the excavator and follow site safety procedures. Requirements Valid machinery operator licence for excavators. Proven experience (3+ years) operating excavators on construction or agricultural sites. Good knowledge of excavation and land preparation techniques.
