About the Role Yas Tanzania (part of AXIAN Group) is looking for a Head of Connectivity & Services in Dar es Salaam to lead the strategy, product roadmap and team for its connectivity, digital and managed service offerings. Responsibilities Develop and execute the Connectivity & Services strategy aligned with the organization's commercial objectives. Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities within connectivity, digital and managed service portfolios. Own the product roadmap for connectivity and digital service offerings. Continuously optimize portfolio performance through customer insights and market intelligence. Enhance customer experience across all connectivity and service offerings. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Connectivity & Services team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability and customer focus. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications, ICT, Enterprise Solutions or Digital Services. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing product portfolios, connectivity solutions or technology services. Strong strategic thinking, commercial and financial acumen.
