About the Role Graduates of our Amazon Career Choice programs receive up to 18 months of post-program support: career coaching, an alumni community of roughly 9,000 members, and connections to employer partners. This role owns the systems that make that support work. That includes how alumni hear from us, how they move through our community, how coaches are deployed, and how outcomes data moves from our warehouse into decisions. The role is part communicator, part builder, part analyst, with AI built into how you do all three.
