About the role

Raise food standards across &Beyond lodges in East Africa by rotating through the properties and training kitchen teams. You will revise menus and special diet menus in line with the brand styling guide, run bush banqueting and presentation training, and teach chefs menu costing, kitchen controls and waste management. The role also supports local sourcing, supplier development and annual food workshops for the region.

Key requirements

• Higher diploma in culinary arts or a related field; 10+ years of relevant experience in hospitality kitchens; Strong communication with guests and staff; Good organisation and initiative; High service standards and integrity
