About the role

MSH's advisory practice, Azura Sankofa Advisory, is looking for a part time senior consultant to help win and deliver health systems work for governments. The consultant will build the opportunity pipeline, lead concept notes and proposals, organise the consultant roster and provide technical oversight once engagements start. It is a remote six month renewable consultancy, and Dar es Salaam is one of the listed locations.

Key requirements

• At least 10 years in global health, health financing, public financial management, governance or advisory work; strong record of winning and delivering donor and government funded work; depth in health financing, PFM, donor transition or health systems strengthening; experience across East and West Africa; credibility with senior government officials and funders; experience building consultant rosters or proposal processes; excellent written and spoken English
