About the Role Tabono Consult Limited is seeking a hands-on Factory Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, productivity, and quality of an aluminum circle cutting production line in Zinga, Bagamoyo. Responsibilities Operate and supervise the circle cutting production line to achieve production targets Monitor daily output and implement measures to improve productivity and efficiency Minimize production downtime and ensure smooth workflow Maintain accurate production records and report operational performance Inspect, service, and maintain manual mechanical circle cutting machines Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical faults and operational issues Coordinate repairs and replacement of worn or damaged machine components Implement preventive maintenance schedules Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications Monitor production processes and identify quality improvement opportunities Report and address quality deviations Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures Promote safe machine operation and proper equipment use Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment Requirements Strong technical and mechanical aptitude Production planning and operational management skills Attention to detail and quality consciousness Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets Good communication and teamwork skills Strong sense of responsibility and accountability Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Will this resume get you a callback?
