As we scale, we are seeking a Tanzania-based Legal Advisor who can confidently guide our legal infrastructure with a solid foundation in corporate, fintech, and platform regulation. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, affiliation agreements, payout terms, and third-party partnerships • Provide strategic counsel on business registration, licensing, and compliance (BRELA, TRA, TIN, TIC) • Ensure compliance with Tanzanian regulations relating to digital platforms, forex, payment systems, and consumer
