About the Role The Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP) is recruiting two Assistant Lecturers to teach, research and provide consultancy in Land Management and Valuation. Responsibilities Teach Land Management and Valuation courses, including preparing lecture materials and assessments. Conduct research and publish scholarly work in land management, valuation and related areas. Participate in consultancy, outreach and community service activities of the Institute. Supervise and mentor students in coursework, projects and field practicals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Land Management and Valuation or a related discipline with a GPA of at least 3.8 (upper second class), plus a Master's degree in a relevant field. Background in Land Management and Valuation or a related discipline. Good communication, presentation and analytical skills.
