About the Role Reviews branch operations, controls, compliance, service standards, and operational risks while recommending corrective actions and improvements. Responsibilities Monitor branch operations for compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct quality assurance reviews, inspections, and operational audits. Identify operational gaps, risks, and control weaknesses. Assess compliance with customer service standards and procedures. Prepare quality assurance reports and follow up on recommendations. Promote continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and risk management. Requirements Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
