About the Role Provides administrative and operational support to sales and business development teams, including customer onboarding, sales coordination, and service support. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to sales and business development teams. Support customer acquisition, onboarding, and account opening. Coordinate sales activities and monitor progress against targets. Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate service issue resolution. Support promotion of banking products and services. Coordinate with departments to deliver customer solutions. Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills. Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Microsoft Office proficiency and accurate report preparation. Attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to business targets.
